Ben Rose is a Specialist Property Valuer and heads up IPN Valuers in Yarra Valley. Having completed a first-class honours degree in Agricultural Science in 1994, Ben became a valuer in 2010. He works across rural and agribusiness properties and is also involved in compensation and advisory matters for the State Government, including compulsory acquisition and business valuations. He also has experience in providing reports for legal disputes (VCAT (Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal), Family Court, Magistrates Court and Supreme Court).
