Briefly describe your background and experience in the property valuation industry.
"My background in the property valuation industry spans back to 2014. I have operated specifically in the Greater Geelong and broader southwest Victorian region over this period with experience in various departments including residential, government services, commercial and specialised valuations."
What type of valuation do you specialise in?
"I specialise in commercial valuations, including office, retail, and industrial properties, as well as commercial/industrial developments and other specialised asset classes."
What initially attracted you to IPN?
"I was initially drawn to IPN Valuers because of its network of locally owned and independently operated firms across Australia. Being raised in Geelong, I have always enjoyed working in the area and sought the opportunity to focus exclusively on the Geelong and southwest region, which IPN was able to provide."
